Overview
The Administration Division implements and coordinates
administrative policies and procedures prescribed by the Mayor and City
Council and ensures activities are completed by the appropriate departments.
Major roles of the division are:
- City Council goal setting
- Budget presentation
- Public relations
- Legislative lobbying
- Budget review committee
- Liaison with Utility Board of Trustees, Sartori Board of
Directors, Cable Television Commission, MET Transit, Human Rights
Commission, and Cedar Falls Health Trust Fund Board.
